■防犯登録制度とは

＊ 自転車等の盗難予防と被害回復の促進を図るために行うものです。

■登録の種類

＊ 新規登録とは
自転車を購入した場合や、現在、所有している自転車をまだ登録していない場合に行う登録のことをいいます。

＊ 異動登録とは
登録済みの自転車の所有者が住所を他の警察署の管内に移動した場合や登録済みの自転車を買い受け、もしくは交換した場合に行う登録のことをいいます。

＊ 再登録とは
登録済みの自転車の登録番号標識をき損、又は滅失した場合に行う登録です。

■登録の手続きをしたい時

＊ 新規登録
登録しようとする方の住所を証明する資料、又は自転車の購入を証明する資料を登録取扱店に提出して行います。
ただし、登録取扱店が販売と同時に登録する場合は、証明書の提出は必要ありません。

＊ 異動登録・再登録
自転車防犯登録票を登録取扱店に提出して行います。

■登録の有効期間は
＊ 登録した年から８年間有効です。

■The anti-crime bicycle registration system is
＊ to prevent being stolen of bicycles and to promote return of the stolen bicycles.

■Type of registration
＊ New Registration is the one that you shall apply for in case that you buy a new bicycle or in case that you have not applied for yet in spite of having bicycle.

＊ Removal Registration is
the one that you shall apply for in case that you remove to the jurisdiction of anothe r police station or in case that you buy or change for a bicycle which is already applied for.

＊ Re-Registration is
the registration that you shall apply for in case that the registration mark of the bicycl e which is already applied for is ruined or lost.

■When you request the registration,
＊ In case of New Registration
You shall submit some materials that certify your address or purchase of bicycle to th e bicycle shop which deals with the registration.
However, you don't have to submit any certificate in case that you can register at the same time as you buy the bicycle.

＊ In case of Removal Registration and Re-Registration
You shall submit Anti-Crime Bicycle Registration Certificate to the bicycle shop that deals with the registration.

■Valid term of the registration is
＊ 8 years from the year when you registered.

El sistema de registrar contra el robo es:

Para prevenir el robo de la bicicleta y hacer adelantar el recobro deldano.

Especies del registro

Registro inicial :
Se refiere al registro que se efectua al comprar la bicicleta o ala que ya posee y todavia no registra.

Registro por el traslado ：
Se refiere al registro que se efectua cuando el que posee l abicicleta ya registrada se traslade a la direccion bajo otr a juridiccion policial o cuando uno haya comprado o se hay a cambiado con otro la bicicleta registrada.

Registro segundo :
Se refiere al registro que se efectua cuando la placa co n numero registrado se haya quebrado o perdido.

Cuando quiere tomar tramites del registro
Registro inicial ：
Se efectua presentando el documento que certifique l adireccion del que quiera registrar o que certifique la compra dela bicicleta al negocio que lo atiende.
En caso de que el negocio registre al tiempo de la venta, nose necesita presentar el documento.

Registro por el traslado y segundo registro ：
Se efectua presentando la certificacion del registro al negocio que atiende el servicio.

La validez del registro
De 8 anos a partir del ano del registro.

# O que e o sistema de registro para prevencao de roubo?
*E realizado com o objetivo de prevenir roubos e facilitar a procura de bicicletas.

# Tipos de registro.
*Registro novo.
E o registro realizado na ocasiao da compra de bicicleta ou o registro da presente bicicleta possuida e ainda nao registrada.
*Registro de transferencia.
E o registro realizado quando o proprietario da bicicleta registrada transfere o seu endereco para a area de outra delegacia de policia, ou na ocasiao de compra ou troca de bicicleta ja registrada.
*Segundo registro.
E o registro feito quando danificar ou perder a “ placa do numero de registro “ dabicicleta ja registrada.

# Quando quiser fazer o tramite para registro:
*Registro novo.
O registro sera feito nas lojas autorizadas a fazer o registro, apresentando os dados que provam o endereco do requisitante ou a compra da bicicleta.
Caso o registro seja feito na loja na ocasiao da compra, nao e necessari o apresentar os documentos.
*Registro de transferencia e segundo registro.
Realiza-se apresentando na loja o “ Cartao de Registro de Bicicleta para Prevencao de Roubo ” .

# Prazo de validade do registro.
*E valido por 8 anos, a partir do ano de registro.
